I’ve been evolving all my life, changed careers often and at times, felt regret. But I kept pushing forward in my quest for living my own truth, living a life filled with passion and purpose and growing in strength and wisdom every step of the way.

For me, life is an epic adventure. I believe that understanding the journey is the secret to success and the key to achieving life’s goals with passion and purpose and you’re invited to do the same.

I’d love to share with you my own amazing story of fighting back from obesity and recovery from a mini stroke in May 2022. With a new-found joy in Pilates and physical exercise along with a changed mind-set, I’ve found a path of both physical and mental transformation.

You can choose a women’s only environment at North Rocks as your health and fitness centre, or for couples wanting to train together, a gym in North Parramatta. Life really is full of choices!

Live online physical fitness and mindset training

You can choose the flexibility of working out with a trainer in your own time and space. Go beyond the physical dimension creating a fusion of in-studio/facetime wellness workouts offering the tools to make it happen with both physical and mind-set coaching and wellness support. Being in control of your body and mind helps you to be in control of your life.

Personal Training

One-to-one training to suit your individual needs with immediate form correction and feedback from your PT ‘in the moment’ gives optimal benefits.

Great for over 60’s as it can be performed seated or standing.
