You can choose a women’s only environment at North Rocks as your health and fitness centre, or for couples wanting to train together, a gym in North Parramatta. Life really is full of choices!
Live online physical fitness and mindset training
You can choose the flexibility of working out with a trainer in your own time and space. Go beyond the physical dimension creating a fusion of in-studio/facetime wellness workouts offering the tools to make it happen with both physical and mind-set coaching and wellness support. Being in control of your body and mind helps you to be in control of your life.
Personal Training
One-to-one training to suit your individual needs with immediate form correction and feedback from your PT ‘in the moment’ gives optimal benefits.

ChiBall is a holistic mind-body wellbeing program that combines traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) with colour and aroma therapies, and various exercise modalities like -Tai Chi -Yoga -Pilates. The program utilizes scented, soft, inflatable balls (ChiBalls) to enhance movement and promote balance, relaxation, and overall wellbeing. Great for over 60’s as it can be performed seated or standing.
