NSW Fair Trading Real Estate, Strata and Stock & Station Agent
CPD changes period 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025

Holders of just ONE category i.e. RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE agents with class 1 or 2 licence are required to complete a minimum of FIVE hours CPD training, including four compulsory topics set for their licence type.

Real estate sales agents must also complete a ONE hour online CPD session with TAFENSW – Underquoting & Price Misrepresentation

Training must be face to face with a recognised training organisation

  • F2F (face to face) on client site or
  • F2F at public training venue or
  • F2F online e.g. zoom meeting

Real estate sales agents are required to complete ONE hour of training ONLINE which has been developed jointly by NSWFT and TAFE NSW.

NSWFT allow self paced learning also – if you wish you may  do your own CPD online at your own pace

  • F2F Zoom Online will be programmed over the next 5 months
