This program is designed to run over a 6 sessions each fortnight e.g. 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month or the 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month. Gym specific.
Attendees will experience deep meditation designed to guide each individual through their own personal interventions.

Each guided meditation is carefully designed to share a specific symbolic stor or stories, rich in metaphors and analogies to help you explore your inner world at a more intuitive and emotional level.

– prepare to set goals that will provide you with more clarity

When you begin to understand the direction you’re heading in your life, you’re more  inspired to keep moving towards your goals and desires to achievement.

Each time you attend your RSR class set your intention for the meditation coming your way. Decide which area of life you wish to focus on e.g. health, romance, personal development etc. then set at least one goal.

Give yourself permission to release any negative influences or thoughts that may come up during the meditation and create the space inside that allows you to walk your own unique path.
