In 2026 and beyond, our business continues to grow. Jones & Jones Real Estate has grown to a medium size agency with 15 staff in a harbourside suburb called Oceantown (Local Govermnet area Willoughby). The Agency has been operating for almost 20 years. It offers Sales and property management services and also has a business sales agent. The property mix is residential (80% of business) and the remainder on the retail sales, rental and business sales side.
Local community organisations include sea cadets, rescue and life services, a wide range of sports and general community organisations and charities. There are two medium independent agencies and four other franchise agencies operating.
Our team is a mix of those living locally 50% and those that commute in up to an hour away. The Licensee is Cora Jones.
